2017 - Invitation to comment on the Interconnection Agreement new VIP Virtualys

As from 19 July until 9 August 2017, Grid Users could comment the following proposed texts regarding the Interconnection Agreement being developed by Fluxys Belgium and GRTgaz for the new Virtual Interconnection Point Virtualys. Fluxys Belgium took Grid Users’ comments into consideration when concluding or amending its Interconnection Agreement.

In accordance with Article 4 of the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 “Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange”, that describes the information obligations of the Transmission System Operators with regards to the conclusion or the amendment of an interconnection agreement, Grid Users were invited to comment on the proposed texts about :

• Rules for the matching process
• Rules for the allocation of gas quantities
• Communication procedures in case of exceptional events
