New laboratory in use

Fluxys Belgium has recently inaugurated a new laboratory on its site in Anderlecht. Our 11 lab workers have not only moved into a larger working space, the building is also environment-friendly and particularly energy-efficient.

The lab workers are responsible for, among other things, the correct calibration of the measuring and analysis equipment which we use to provide our clients with data on the amount of energy transported for them in our network. Furthermore, the lab has been accredited with the ISO 17025 standard for the calibration of pressure and temperature measuring equipment and for the analysis of natural gas. The new building is equipped with triple-glazed windows, LED lighting, a water recuperation system and a green roof: energy-efficient and environmentally sound!
