2017 - Fluxys-IUK Interconnection Agreement

In accordance with Article 4 of the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 “Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange”, that describes the information obligations of Transmission System Operators with regards to the conclusion or amendment of an interconnection agreement, IUK invited stakeholders to comment on the proposed text for:

• Rules for the matching process
• Rules for the allocation of gas quantities
• Communication procedures in case of exceptional events

Stakeholders were able to comment on the proposed text between 16 January 2017 and 6 February 2017. No comments were received and so IUK plans to conclude the interconnection agreement with Fluxys.
