Specific biogas levy 2019

In accordance with Section 7 of the Cooperation Agreement as amended on 29 March 2018 (KoV X) in conjunction with the “Guidelines for biogas redistribution levy”, Fluxys Deutschland GmbH publishes the nationwide standard specific biogas levy. For the calendar year 2019 the nationwide standard specific biogas levy amounts to 0.00181350 €/kWh/h/d. This corresponds to an annual value of approx. 0.66193 €/kWh/h/a.

The specific biogas levy will be charged in addition to the tariffs of exit points to directly connected end consumers and to downstream network operators of Fluxys Deutschland GmbH. Exit points to storages, cross-border interconnection points and market area interconnection points are not taken into account.
