Updated important information about capacity offer at exit point VIP Germany-CH in the upcoming yearly auction on 1 July 2019

Adaptation of capacities on offer

In the course of a complaint procedure at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf (OLG Düsseldorf), the court made it clear in an oral hearing on 12 June 2019 that Fluxys TENP GmbH shall remove parts of the published and available capacities from the upcoming yearly auctions for the exit point VIP Germany-CH for gas years 2020/21 et seq..

By removing parts of the published and available capacities from the upcoming yearly auctions for the exit point VIP Germany-CH, Fluxys TENP GmbH avoids the issuing of interim measures concerning the respective capacities by the OLG Düsseldorf. The above mentioned capacities will be adapted on 19 June 2019. It is at present not certain whether Fluxys TENP GmbH will have to re-allocate the removed capacities from the exit point VIP Germany-CH to network connection points within the market area NetConnect-Germany. We will inform our customers as soon as there is any new development.
