Market integrity and transparency are key for Fluxys Belgium as they play a crucial role in avoiding market manipulation and trading based on inside information.
REMIT (Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011) introduces a legal framework to monitor wholesale energy markets. Therefore, Fluxys Belgium provides trade and fundamental data to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) who play a central role in this monitoring framework.
