CMP service approved by Ofgem

Last year you assisted us in developing a new service and contract, the IUK Access Agreement (IAA), to facilitate compliance with new regulatory obligations and introduce a new way of accessing Interconnector capacity in addition to our current secondary market mechanisms.

We have received the relevant approvals from Ofgem and are now seeking the further approvals required before offering our new service. Ofgem's approval letter is available on their website.
