Charging methodology consultation

Today we are launching a consultation seeking your views on our proposed charging methodology for capacity purchased from March 2016.

With March 2016 a key date for the sale of annual capacity in accordance with CAM and the possibility of capacity becoming available by surrender, it is appropriate to update the charging methodology. The proposals address multipliers for capacity products less than a year in duration and also outline when prices will be published depending on the duration of the capacity product.

We believe that the proposed changes would enable IUK to meets its obligations and to respond to market conditions in a flexible way.
