Hydrogen: Preparing to build the network
Information Memorandum
The Information Memorandum includes information on the transport of hydrogen as a low-carbon energy carrier. It is linked to infrastructure proposals developed in response to market interest and the match between hydrogen supply and demand in specific areas, between these areas and even across national borders.
Please also still feel free to complete the Request for information if you wouldn’t have done so far or if your internal process is still ongoing. We will be integrating your responses on a rolling basis as they continue to come in and keep finetuning our infrastructure mapping.
Specific Infrastructure Proposals
Following the Request For Information and the Matchmaking phase, the market shows a mature need for an open access H2 infrastructure in different areas, reflected in the proposals beneath. The other areas will be further explored in the following months and their Specific Infrastructure Proposals will also be shared with the market on this page.
All interested potential users of the hydrogen infrastructure are invited to participate to the Open Seasons and to express their interest for the Specific H2 Infrastructure Proposals. The closure date for the participation (for every specific proposal) will be published on this page in due time with a prior notice period.

Participation in a call for market interest is non-binding.
* Even if a Specific Infrastructure Proposal or Call for Market Interest is closed, or a particular region is not available yet, our business development teams are ready to accommodate your requests and finetune our infrastructure mapping to match closely with your needs or provide tailored solutions to your business objectives.
Please fill out the Request for Information or contact us directly via info.hydrogen@fluxys.com. We will be integrating your responses on a rolling basis and provide you with personalised feedback.
