Consultation: Grid Connection Agreement to be concluded for the new Grid Connection Point Brandov – Deutschneudorf EUGAL

In accordance with Article 4 (2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 establishing Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange Rules (“NC INT”), GASCADE invites network users to comment on the proposed text of certain excerpts from the following documents:

• Grid Connection Agreement between NET4GAS, s.r.o., Fluxys Deutschland GmbH, GASCADE Gastransport GmbH, Gasunie Deutschland Transport Services GmbH and ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH (“GCA”) for the Grid Connection Point Brandov – Deutschneudorf EUGAL (“GCP”)
• Annex 1 to the GCA
• Annex 5 to the GCA

The consulted excerpts contain contractual provisions which are related to procedures for management natural gas transmission operations (incl. nominations and matching process) taking place at the and communication in exceptional events (in line with Article 10 of NC INT) for the GCP.

The actually applicable rules for the matching process and for the allocation of gas quantities were part of the public consultation held in connection with an establishment of a virtual interconnection point (VIP) at the German-Czech border and will therefore not be consulted in the present consultation.
