Our code of ethics is the cornerstone of our commitment to responsible and ethical business practices and serves as the foundation of our ethics & compliance program, referencing other policies and embodying our core values.
The code provides a framework for responsible and ethical decision-making, ensuring that all actions are aligned with our values and legal obligations. It applies to everyone working for or on behalf of the Fluxys Group, regardless of their position, and covers everything from fair business operations and safety to respect for human rights and environmental duties.
Our code of ethics is a living document that is regularly updated to reflect new challenges and expectations in the evolving ethical and business landscape and we have detailed Ethics & Compliance policies on specific topics like Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, Anti-bribery and anti-corruption, Sanctions & embargoes or Insider dealing.

Whistleblowing policy
The whistleblowing policy provides a safe and confidential way to report concerns about illegal practices within the Fluxys Group. The policy ensures that all reports are taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and addressed appropriately, all while promoting a culture of transparency. In addition to the whistleblowing channel, Fluxys provides several other ways for disclosing concerns.
