Local whistleblowing regulations
Our whistleblowing policy provides a safe and confidential way to report concerns about any illegal practices within the Fluxys Group.
Reporting of concerns via the whistleblowing channels
The type of violations that can be reported via the whistleblowing procedure are listed in the following acts of the relevant country:
Belgium

Reporting channels
We encourage you to report concerns via Fluxys’ internal reporting channels:
- either the various informal reporting channels; or
- the internal whistleblowing channel mentioned in our whistleblowing policy.
An internal reporting allows us to investigate the concern promptly and to take immediate action.
In some cases, you can also report your concerns externally to competent authorities, provided that the matter you want to report relates to a type of violation that is specifically mentioned in the abovementioned local legislation. Further information on reporting externally to authorities can be found via:
- Belgium: the website of the Federal Institute for Human Rights and the website of the Federal Ombudsman.
- France: the website of the French government.
- Germany: the website of the Federal Office of Justice, the website of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority and the website of the Federal Cartel Office.
- Portugal: Portuguese authorities competent to receive external whistleblowing reports, including general inspection services, public institutes, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the criminal police, the Bank of Portugal, local authorities, etc.
- All EU countries: the websites of the European Commission, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), the European Security and Markets Authority (ESMA), etc.
