Fluxys Belgium - Interconnection Agreement
2017 - Invite to Comment on Interconnection Agreement
In accordance with Article 4 of the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2015/703 of 30 April 2015 “Network Code on Interoperability and Data Exchange”, that describes the information obligations of the Transmission System Operators with regards to the conclusion or the amendment of an interconnection agreement, Grid Users are invited to comment on the proposed texts about the :
- Rules for the matching process
- Rules for the allocation of gas quantities
- Communication procedures in case of exceptional events
Fluxys Belgium shall take Grid Users’ comments into consideration when concluding or amending its interconnection agreements.
As from 6 January and 6 March 2017 COB, Grid Users may comment the following proposed texts:
Interconnection Agreement between Fluxys Belgium NV/SA and Gasunie Transport Services B.V. (Zelzate 1, Zandvliet H, ‘s Gravenvoeren, Hilvarenbeek L)
Interconnection Agreement between Fluxys Belgium NV/SA and GRTgaz SA (Blaregnies L)
As from 16 January and 6 February 2017 COB, Grid Users may comment the following proposed text:
Interconnection Agreement between Fluxys Belgium NV/SA and Interconnector (UK) Ltd ("IUK")
