Market integrity and transparency are key for Fluxys LNG as they play a crucial role in avoiding market manipulation and trading based on inside information.

REMIT (Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011) introduces a legal framework to monitor wholesale energy markets. Therefore, Fluxys LNG provides trade and fundamental data to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) who play a central role in this monitoring framework.

Additionally, Fluxys LNG publishes the following information:

• Urgent market messages (UMMs) in accordance with Article 4(1) of REMIT on the ENTSOG Transparency Platform.
• Information on maintenance activity.
• Transparency information required by Chapter 3 of Annex 1 to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009.
