2. Provide company and financial info

• Fill in our Know Your Customer form.
• Send your completed forms and your financial info to info.storage@fluxys.com.

3. Accept contract terms

• Sign your Standard Transmission Agreement (STA)
• Sign your Standard Storage Agreement (SSA)
• Send 1 copy back of each agreement back to us by post :

4. Meet credit requirements

Either you:

• Provide a financial security in the form of a Collateral (Bank Guarantee); or
• Have an acceptable credit rating (at least BBB+ or Baa1); or
• Provide an unconditional and irrevocable parent company guarantee (PCG) by your parent company who must have an acceptable credit rating (template).

The minimum amount to be provided for the collateral is specified in the SSA (Art. 14).

5. Approved as a shipper/user

• Start the technical communication for your nominations with our Dispatching (+32 2 282 70 07 - nominationsupport@fluxys.com).

• You will receive an email to access the Electronic Data Platform (EDP). Go to Operational Information for more information. 

• You will also receive a fully signed contract back from us along with a shipper code.

And finally: Welcome as a new shipper/user at Fluxys Belgium!
