Fluxys Belgium: New Storage Auction for Additional Volume and Priority Booster Capacity

After a successful commercialization of its seasonal storage services, Fluxys Belgium is organizing an auction for Additional Volume and Priority Booster Capacities.
The Auction Window will take place from 14 March 2023 till 21 March 2023 at 13:00 CET.

Products on Offer

Fluxys Belgium is auctioning the following Storage Services for storage year 2023-2024:

• 1 218 000 MWh of Additional Volume
• 754 MWh/h of Priority Booster Capacity for injection (interruptible)
• 1 002 MWh/h of Priority Booster Capacity for withdrawal (interruptible)

The reserve price is indicated in the Terms and Conditions. 

Update 14/03/2022 11h45: Note that the reserve price for Additional Volume is the regulated tariff of 1.54€/MWh/year, unlike previously indicated.

How to participate ?

To participate in the auction and submit a bid you need to:
• Read and sign the Terms and Conditions
• Fill in and sign the Auction Form
• Send both documents to info.storage@fluxys.com by Tuesday 21 March 2023 at 13:00 CET

Please note that in order to take part in this Auction Window, you need to have signed a Standard Storage Agreement. You can find all the information to become a Storage user on our website.
